The Greatest Voter Fraud in American History

The most important and impactful political question in U.S. history is:  “How could the incumbent President of the United States, Donald Trump, perfectly predict the criminal theft of the 2020 election by Joe Biden’s backers without having done what common sense, competent lawyers, and our ‘urgent early warning’ told Mr. Trump he MUST do to save the nation from severe damage, costly litigation, socialism, communism, and globalism resulting from election fraud?

The answer is, President Trump sealed his own fate by listening to his advisors, not to his ‘heart,’ and certainly not to us.

As a result, post-election depression and extensive costly litigation shall compound Americans’ suffering. Trump’s presumed ‘mistake’ will compound financial damage, social unrest, and emotional distress nationwide.

All these stressors will whack citizens’ healthy immunity, and increase morbidity and mortality from COVID-19.

Such is the cost of recklessly neglecting obvious organized crime, election subversion, and ‘treason’ in the undeclared war against We The People.

Flipping Reality: Trump Committed Crimes to Secure Biden’s Election

All television networks have effectively diverted from the blatant racketeering and organized crimes committed by intelligence agents and Justice Department officials complicit with Democratic Party leaders. Instead of addressing these crimes, the bulk of the corporate-controlled media has focused on Trump’s alleged wrongdoings. Thus, we focus on the most damaging of Trump’s misdeeds.

First, Trump secured Biden’s presidential election by being an “accessory–before–the–fact” of ‘voter fraud’ and ‘election theft.’ This indictment is based on the fact that Trump and his team of justice officials, especially William Barr, and a platoon of lawyers, did nothing legally to prevent or oppose the crimes. This violated 42 U.S.C. § 1986 and more.

Justice officials, and Trump too, could have and should have suspended the election knowing that the election was ‘rigged’ for Trump’s defeat.

They all knew the election was rigged months in advance. Trump repeatedly complained about this pending disaster. Officials of the CIA, FBI, Democratic Party, Silicon Valley, and agents within Trump’s own administration sat idly by expecting the President would likely lose because of the advancing crimes.

Laws nationwide criminalize ‘organized crime.’ Being an “accessory–before–the–fact” is likewise criminalized. This crime is as bad as being an “accessory–after–the–fact.”

In Washington DC’s criminal statute for example, § 22–1805, we know this is true. That law is titled: “Persons advising, inciting, or conniving at criminal offense to be charged as principals.”

In other words, people advising Trump to continue evading the obvious crimes unfolding, neglecting the forthcoming disasters, became accessories-before-the-fact. Trump himself became an accessory-before-the-fact for knowingly and willfully submitting to his associates “conniving,” diverting from Biden’s backers, especially the complicit media enterprise, “stealing the election.”

 

Urgent Forewarning Recklessly Neglected

On October 26, 2020—a week before the November 3^rd election—we published that the President urgently needed to redirect his Justice Department loyalists “to file a six-count criminal complaint with the U.S. Supreme Court. We urged confronting Biden’s co-conspirators, including CIA and FBI officials complicit with Democratic Party leaders and Big Tech companies controlling the election.  By controlling the social media, data mining, polling, and censoring whatever they wanted, they should have been immediately charged with “violating  more than 18 U.S. Code § 2385, we reported.

That law, 18 U.S. Code § 2385, prohibits anyone from advocating for the overthrow of any branch of government, including the Executive Branch.” Our article was titled: “TRUMP MUST EXERCISE ‘EMERGENCY POWERS’ TO SUSPEND ELECTION AND SAVE AMERICA.”

Dr. Horowitz supplemented this urgent pleading on Republic Broadcasting Network in an interview with “The Liberty Man” host J.R. Moore on October 29^th.

Our article was widely censored, recklessly neglected, and generally ignored by people on both sides of the political isle.

But most damning, our early warning and good counsel missed the President’s attention. We gave Mr. Trump his only reasonable option under the circumstances. We urged him to use his ‘Emergency Powers’ to delay the election until criminal justice officials could act responsibly to secure a fair election. They were able to act upon the “probable cause” for charges of election rigging and voter fraud. Their facts could be used to gain grand jury indictments, legal proceedings, and even Supreme Court rulings, to remedy the deficiencies in the electoral process.

The President had nothing to lose that would not be lost anyway.

Weeks before the election, Trump accurately discovered severe electoral deficiencies. He knew (or should have known) post-election investigations were going to be needed. He predicted the outcome of the election would be delayed anyway. So why not delay the election to prevent the wrongdoings in processing write-in votes; to test and secure voting machines as was done in Florida; to secure the election against “voter fraud” and “election theft”?  Trump’s lawyers and administrators knew the known and expected violations would severely damage citizens’ faith in government. They knew We The People were going to be defrauded and denied our rights.

 

The Racket Extended to Complicit Deep State ‘Traitors’

Trump also knew the extent of the Biden’s Deep State connections compromising the presidency, risking capitalism and U.S. National Security by the advancement of socialism and communism.

For example, Trump, along with his lawyers, especially Rudy Giuliani, knew more about the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop computer than most Americans. Contrary to the opposition’s propaganda, e-mails evidenced Russian collusion with the Bidens. This corroborated what we had discovered and reported in depth. Ukrainian ‘pay-to-play’ and Chinese Communist Party business deals with the Bidens made through the Bank of China politically-compromised Joe Biden.

Why was this suppressed, and at what foreseeable cost?

The criminals prevailed in defrauding voters en-masse by, for example, discrediting the Hunter Biden laptop story–the “October Bombshell”–as just another “Russian hoax.”

At that point, instead of filing criminal complaints, Trump’s ‘advisors’ and leading Senators advised the President to ‘stand down.’ Trump was misled and mal-advised to focus on the economy instead of the laptop. The President was forced by his advisors to await the outcome of the election.

This was a HUGE tactical and criminal blunder. It aided-and-abetted the ‘stolen election,’ and enabled organized crimes to continue with Biden’s election.

The syndicate we further expose below backed Joe Biden as the perfect shill and ‘flim-flam-man.’

Political history should have considered. Trump endured four years of constant attacks by top ‘Deep State’ officials administering the CIA and FBI, such as John Brennan, James Comey, and Robert Mueller. Trump and the majority of Republican Senators knew multiple crimes were already being committed as early as 2015 when attackers began to subvert candidate Trump’s campaign. Allied media attacks were relentless. The 2016 election appeared ‘fixed’ in favor of Hillary Clinton’s victory. Trump’s 2017 administrative transition came under criminal attack. Throughout the Deep State’s impeachment proceedings Trump’s tenure as president was threatened.

At no time did anyone one of those in the know file a criminal complaint against the co-conspirators for any wrongdoing. This was a clear violation of officials’ ethical rules, legal responsibilities, and public duties.

This was also a clear violation of Washington DC’s statute, § 22–1805 pursuant to violations of 42 U.S.C. §§  1985(1) and 1986 for “neglect to prevent” the criminal undermining of the Executive Branch of government, and later the U.S. presidential election of 2020. The crime syndicate now controls the United States of America as a once ‘sovereign nation’.

Breaking Laws and Sabotaging America’s Future

Trump knew, and openly complained repeatedly, about law-breakers in the Democratic Party who had worked overtime to undermine and usurp the Executive Branch of Government. Trump also repeatedly bemoaned the complicit media that broadcast mind-numbing election-rigging propaganda and deceptive polls conditioning voters to accept Biden. This assault against the presidency was unprecedented. The level of censorship and political interference committed by the news media and Big Tech companies screamed organized crime.

Yet Trump and his team failed to enjoin these criminals and crimes committed against his office, executive duties, We The People, and our nation’s future.

42 U.S.C. §§  1985(1) makes this illegal. This law states”:

“(1) Preventing officer from performing duties

If two or more persons in any State or Territory conspire to prevent, by force, intimidation, or threat, any person from accepting or holding any office, trust, or place of confidence under the United States, or from discharging any duties thereof; or to induce by like means any officer of the United States to leave any State, district, or place, where his duties as an officer are required to be performed, or to injure him in his person or property on account of his lawful discharge of the duties of his office, or while engaged in the lawful discharge thereof, or to injure his property so as to molest, interrupt, hinder, or impede him in the discharge of his official duties . . .”

Trump railed against his adversaries who conspired against him through the: (1) BigTech-controlled complicit ‘fake news media”; and (2) Democratic Party leadership conjuring political and financial forces in opposition to Trump. That is, those who leveraged the contrived ‘Russian collusion’ diversions and misrepresentations.

Democratic Party officials and the complicit intelligence community leaders intimidated Trump and voters by fraudulent means. Fake “polls” supplemented insulting propaganda to intimidate voters. Trump too was forced to concede on major issues such as vaccinations–submission that occurred not through legitimate science, but from demoralizing and distressing propaganda.

This relentless assault threatened Trump’s leadership and office. COVID-19 propaganda confused and undermined Trump supporters’ confidence, and burdened his discharging of duties. This is further evidenced by the problems Trump had with hiring and firing many staff members and ‘science’ advisors.

The obvious lawlessness targeting Trump intended to induce him to leave office by submission to impeachment and “election fraud,” “to injure him in his person or property on account of his lawful discharge of the duties of his office.”

42 U.S.C. §§  1985 was further violated by media and political attacks against his contested tax returns, real estate holdings, and business deals in foreign countries. Trump’s enemies acted forcefully thereby to “impede him in the discharge of his official duties.”

 The Washington, DC criminal ‘accessory’ statute states:

“In prosecutions for any criminal offense all persons advising, inciting, or conniving at the offense, or aiding or abetting the principal offender [in this case the Democratic Party-backing enterprise], shall be charged as principals and not as accessories, the intent of this section being that as to all accessories before the fact the law heretofore applicable in cases of misdemeanor only shall apply to all crimes, whatever the punishment may be.”

As criminal questions are now being raised alleging “voter fraud” and “election theft” by members of the U.S. Senate, having been evaded by Bill Barr and the FBI’s leadership, continued litigation will burden the Supreme Court.

We now sadly say, “We told you so.”

We now allege that the agents arguing one way or another about “voter fraud,” and “election rigging” to “steal the election” risk criminal indictments themselves for being accessories before-the-fact as well as now accessories after-the-fact further damaging America and their own reputations.

Right before the public’s watchful eyes both sides of this shameful leadership continued to hide the most important facts about the systemic corruption that must be criminally-prosecuted–stopped to save our Republic and Constitution.  

The Legal Definition of “Accessory-After-The-Fact” Like Those Who Continue to Defraud and Destroy America

An accessory–after–the–fact is someone who assists: 1) someone who has committed a crime, 2) after the person has committed the crime, 3) with knowledge that the person committed the crime, and 4) with the intent to help the person avoid arrest or punishment.

The key questions in this case are: (1) “Who is the ‘person’ committing the crime;’ and who (2) is knowingly and willfully helping that person “avoid arrest or punishment”?

The term “person” is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2510(6) to mean any individual person as well as natural and legal entities. It specifically includes United States and state agents. According to the legislative history, “(o)nly the governmental units themselves are excluded.” S.Rep. No. 1097, 90th Cong., 2d Sess. 90 (1968).

In this case, the “person” committing the crime is Donald Trump, who joins William Barr and other Justice Department officials, and Big Tech companies, directors, stockholders, and media agents, and every state official who acted knowingly and willfully within this “racketeering enterprise” called the “United States,” personified by the President-elect Joe Biden, and his son Hunter.

Need more convincing?  Consider the evidence of this systemic conspiracy to hoodwink everyone nationally.

We shared what we witnessed when reviewing Hunter Biden’s e-mails, photos, and videos on his laptop computer. That was no ‘Russian hoax’ as the criminal enterprise reported. We verified the legitimacy of the evidence therein. Many people verified what Fox News and the NY Post exclusively revealed about the Bidens’ secret conflicting interests compromising the President-elect’s business dealings with China, Russia, the Ukraine, etc. All of this dropped from the news, including FOX News, like a hot potato.

So the truth was known and criminally concealed before the election by the complicit media, Democrats en-masse, Trump’s campaign advisors, and Republican senators.

Trump and his advisors knew how terribly this evidence reflected on Joe Biden’s ability to negotiate strongly against China and Russia in favor of America. Mr. Trump, like FOX News’ anchors Carlson, Hannity and Ingraham, repeatedly bemoaned this evidence and Biden’s lacking integrity.

But their protests, merely ‘lip service,’ were insufficient to overcome the propaganda and fraudulent concealments of the entire criminally-complicit enterprise.

Consider the imbalance of power administered to ‘rig the election’ in voters minds. Review the Nielson ratings. 17.7 million people got their temped pro-Trump political persuasion from FOX compared to 33.3 from the other major left-leaning networks.

Next, add the unfairness of the social media censorship administered by Big Tech companies in violation of their licenses.

47 U.S. Code § 230  is the law governing media harassment and censorship. Congress passed this law “to encourage the development of technologies which maximize user control over what information is received by individuals, families, and schools who use the Internet and other interactive computer services.”

This law was further passed “to ensure vigorous enforcement of Federal criminal laws to deter and punish . . . stalking, and harassment by means of computer.”

Contrary to this law, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo and YouTube stalked, harassed, and censored Trump supporters, we authors included. These Big Tech firms encouraged cyber-stalking and harassment of Trump and his supporters, and thereby aided-and-abetted the Democratic Party in “stealing the election.”

This ‘unfair and deceptive trade’ administering election fraud cannot be dismissed as anything other than a criminal racketeering enterprise whose principals and agents violated 18 U.S. Code § 2385 and deserve jail time.

The criminals secured Biden’s election by ‘rigging’ the vast majority of news media, besides reportedly the Dominion Voting Systems used in many states as detailed below.

Certainly, months before the election, President Trump knew “the person[s] committing the crime” were also within his ‘inner circle.’ He must have known they were agents within the geo-political and economic ‘racketeering enterprise’ backing the Democratic Party. What Trump called the ‘Deep State,’ ‘global elite,’ ‘Big Tech,’ ‘Big Pharma,’ ‘Big Banking,’ Silicon Valley, the globalist ‘mob,’ comprising ‘The Swamp,’ could have been stopped—enjoined—by Executive Order. But instead, Trump failed to demonstrate heroism and leadership. He neglected to perform what was dutifully-required—that is, putting the ‘mob’ out of business.

By such reckless neglect of the facts and known threats to America, and the ‘material omissions,’ misrepresentations, censorship and diversions from the evidence of the Bidens’ criminal acts, the outcome of the election was changed.

It must, therefore, be contested and held again after the offending parties are indicted, enjoined, brought to justice; and honest accurate voting is secured.

The Crime Syndicate Behind Democratic Party Leadership

Everyone makes mistakes that become ‘excusable errors’ when openly acknowledged and corrected in good faith. Trump and Biden both need to admit and repent for their sins impacting the 2020 election and America’s future as an honorable and righteous nation. Neither man effectively confronted the mob rulers imposing fascism across America.

Joe Biden claimed the 2020 election was a fight for the “soul of our nation.” But the heart and soul of legendary mob fighter, Eliot Ness, was nowhere to be found in either Biden’s and Trump’s camp. Honesty, integrity, and heroism was missing on both teams before and after the election.

In this situation, it is prudent to study history. Eliot Ness wrote about his own troubles with the mob, and his fear of confronting the Deep State of his age personified by Al Capone and the Chicago bootlegging mob.

History records that Al Capone ran the Bronfman crime family’s booze from Saskatchewan to Minneapolis, then to Chicago. Benjamin ‘Bugsy’ Siegel and Meyer Lansky protected the Bronfmans’ liquor trafficking and subsequent expanding criminal enterprise.

Today, the main heir of the Bronfman Seagram’s fortune, Edgar Miles Bronfman Jr., retains a large amount of control in the media and music industry. This, despite being criminally-convicted of ‘inside stock-trading.’

This Bronfman heir currently reports to Barry Diller—a leading Democratic Party financier. Diller’s media conglomerate, IAC, is co-directed by Bronfman and Chelsea Clinton. IAC is the parent of Vimeo, the ‘alternative’ to YouTube. (Vimeo sent us fraudulent cancellation notices to censor us. This stalking, harassment, and censorship prompted us to publish RevolutionTelevision.net.)

Compounding social engineering by the media, drugs and vaccines are expected in the words of Bill Gates, MSNBC’s major shareholder, to deliver the “Final Solution.” Therefore, Gates’s investments in MIT and Johns Hopkins University’s ‘neuroscience’ must be considered intertwined with the Bronfmans’ activities within the ‘mob.’

Edgar’s cousin, Jeffrey Bronfman, joined ‘kingpin’ hallucinogenic drug trafficker, Paul J. Sulla, Jr., in promoting the new ‘designer LSD’ for the CIA and Silicon Valley chiefs, including Peter Theil. Theil manufactured 20,000 ‘hits’ of psilocybin through Palantir Corp. That company was largely financed by the CIA’s In-Q-Tel for-profit arm and heavily relies on its partnership with Gates’s Microsoft for its revenue.

The “Final Solutions,” ‘reality altering’ vaccines and drugs such as “DMT” and psilocybin, are much like the media that promotes these ‘scientific’ ‘advancements.’ These body, mind, and spirit altering vaccines and drugs are favored by CBS’s 60-Minutes producers and CNN’s Anderson Cooper. Together, they promoted such ‘genetic engineering’ and ‘neuroscience’ as a way to ‘secure life’ and “experience god.”

That CBS news segment, featured CNN’s lead host promoting NBC’s agenda with Bill
Gates. They gave Johns Hopkins University publicity for ‘growing’ new brain cells and ‘neural networks’ to help psychiatric patients and troubled populations cope with distress.

Presumably also, this accommodates Elon Musk’s “greatest threat to civilization” called “transhumanism”. That Big Tech artificial intelligence (“AI”) advancement aims to connect human brains, expanded ‘neural networks,’ thoughts, emotions, and ‘consumer behaviors’ to the Cloud.

In this ‘2020 Election Deception,’ voters thinking, feelings, emotions and behaviors, like the election results, have been criminally influenced by these same ‘persons’. For instance, MSNBC’s contributor, John Meacham, the former editor-in-chief of Newsweek, wrote Biden’s “soul of America” speeches, but concealed that fact during news coverage praising the speeches.

Follow the Money and ‘CyberLink’ to Mob Criminals

Apparently, a large share of the 2020 election voting machines were recently installed by Dominion Voting Systems. In Michigan, the system converted 6,000 Trump votes to Biden in one of 47 counties now under investigation.

Quoting GovTech.com, “Founded in 2003 in Toronto, Dominion is privately owned by its management team and a New York-based private equity firm called Staple Street Capital Management, which also owns Six Flags Entertainment, . . . “

The ‘silent partners’ and stockholders in Staple Street Capital are major investors in information technologies (“IT”) and cyber applications. It is public knowledge that Dominion Voting Systems is co-owned and financed by Staple Street Bank headquartered in New York City, directing officials in Toronto and Dallas with the acquisition of  Cyberlink ASP Technologies, Inc.

This entity is a “managed IT services firm providing cloud, managed application, network, storage, desktop and security services on a 24×7 basis to customers across the U.S. Cyberlink serves clients in a range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, legal, logistics and other end markets.” CyberLink boasts a “diversified “PARTNERS WITH LEADING COMPANIES IN CLOUD COMPUTING AND SOFTWARE” include Bill Gates’s Microsoft, and IBM’s Softlayer. It’s founder and lead investor, Stephen Owens, amassed his personal fortune while working at the “Carlyle Group from 1998 to 2009, where he co-founded the global consumer and retail group.”

It is public knowledge that Dominion Voting Systems has a terrible reputation for unreliability.

The Toronto “Dominion Voting Systems” used in Michigan, and in many other states, under control by Staple Street Capital/CyberlinkASP, appears to be intertwined with the Dominion-Toronto Banking Centre owned by the Bronfman-controlled developer, Fairview Corporation, now “Cadillac Fairview.”  Digging here unearths the murky Swamp of Canadian-American underworld arguably controlling every industry. The crime bosses implicated include, ironically, media mogul Conrad Black, ‘pardoned’ by President Trump in 2019 after being jailed for tax evasion and an insider payoff scheme following his father’s businesses gaining ‘dominion’ over Canadian-American banking and bootlegging.

The Blacks partnered with the Bronfman crime family that supplied Al Capone and the Lansky mob. In 2006, Trump’s future nemesis in the U.S. Supreme Court, John Roberts, granted Jeffrey Bronfman’s allegedly criminal drug trafficking enterprise the green light to commercialize the Class I narcotic hallucinogen “ayahuasca” under the guise of “religious rights.”

So you can see, this “conspiracy reality” factually evidences troubling associations giving probable cause to not only reject the election results, but contest the racketeering enterprise that few lawmakers and law enforcers have thus far considered.

Heroism is Urgently Needed Now, More than Ever!

“Doubts” raced through the ‘Untouchable” Eliot Ness’s mind as he “considered the feasibility of enforcing [laws against the Deep State mob of his age] which the majority of honest citizens didn’t seem to want,” wrote Ness.

Nonetheless, Ness advanced his “highly dangerous” crime fighting and media truth-telling campaigns, and acted with unwavering resolve and nerves of steel. He didn’t care about politics, nor any election, nor even his life that he put on the line for the sake of society, justice and righteousness. He cared about his duty with dignity.

We The People now need similar heroic leadership from President Trump at this time of American crisis. We’re fed-up with being ‘played’ by governmental agents and agencies of ill-repute on both sides of the political isle. Our enemies in politics and secret societies destroying the Justice Department have forced our political and electoral systems into managed chaos. They have caused our government to act grossly criminal in favor of the global elite’s cyber underworld. Our leaders neglect their duties by doing nothing about the obvious crimes we witness. The President and President-elect have both aided-and-abetted by willful blindness, fraudulent concealments, and deafening silence the destruction of Americans’ faith in our nation.

We, therefore, urge ‘Executive Action’ to oppose this lawlessness. Instead of the President and President-elect acting like ‘accessories-after-the-fact,’ and compounding damage and distress nationwide, their vindication can only come by growing nerves of steel and unwavering resolve.

The President must now, before leaving office, with God’s protection, do something highly dangerous and unprecedented that most citizens don’t want or appreciate. Mr. Trump must put the Deep State Swamp rats out of business and in jail.

“LOCK THEM UP!” shouted ‘Trumpeteers’ repeatedly during rallies. That’s what’s needed, wanted, and karmically appropriate.

If you do a Google search on Sherri Kane, a strange reality comes into view. You may notice from what’s left after years of hacking and censoring her articles and websites, there remains a seemingly large group of racist, anti-Semitic, and sexist men who obviously feel their lives spent on the Internet libeling her is a profitable pastime. Sherri has been widely defamed by the ‘Troll Triad’ and their “socks”–the latest cyber-invasion by CIA/FBI-linked media controllers who succeeded the original COINTELPRO to ‘neutralize’ voices of freedom.

Here’ why Sherri Kane has been targeted:

Sherri delves into conspiracy realities so dark that very few people dare to study them.

For instance, you may have heard of the political fracas involving certain members of Congress, a high ranking official in the Republican Party, and the mysterious disappearances and abuses of children at “Boys Town” in Nebraska, called “The Franklin Cover-up.” Thanks to Ms. Kane’s heroic investigative reporting, the matter has now been exposed as “The Franklin Double-coverup.”

You may recall the Gulf Oil Crisis, maybe even the extensive coverage Jesse Ventura and TruTV gave to the “Conspiracy Theory” implicating Halliburton, BP, and TransOcean in the intentional explosion and environmental devastation in the Gulf of Mexico. Ms Kane sourced the story and appears on the segment.

Sherri wrote the foreword to Dr. Horowitz’s music-industry-transforming book, The Book of 528: Prosperity Key of Love, and co-produced and is co-starring in Dr. Horowitz’s controversial docu-comedy PHARMAWHORES: The SHOWTIME Sting of Penn & Teller, winner of the 2010 Accolade Award for “Uniqueness in Documentary Film-making.” That film heavily influenced online video production for thousands of subsequent Internet producer. Sherri also stars in Dr. Horowitz’s latest documentary, UN-VAXXED: A Docu-commentary for Robert De Niro that won five international awards, including “Best Film – 2016” in London and Geneva competitions. Ms. Kane also co-wrote Space Pearl Harbor, reviewed in the 39-minute news program seen HERE.

Ms. Kane is the Vice President of Medical Veritas online journal, has published works in newspapers, magazines and many websites, and has been interviewed worldwide including on Al Jazeera’s A9 Turkey, The Veritas Show, the BBC’s Talk Radio Europe, Late Night In The Midlands, WAC Connecticut, LA Talk Radio, and many others.
