Las Vegas NV, October 7, 2020—(MedicalVeritas.org)—President Trump has demanded from the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (“CIA”) unredacted records evidencing a CIA coup that extends into politics, science, COVID-19 cover-ups, and known facts about the “novel” virus’s lab origin and treatments.

Objecting to the President’s demand is former CIA director John Brennan, whose complicity with Hillary Clinton is showing. Democratic National Committee leaders, top Justice Department officials, and Obama administration politicians were in on the public deceptions. Mr. Brennan served as CIA director until January 20, 2017, just one week after Dr. Anthony Fauci relayed “insider” intelligence to a gathering at Georgetown University. He professed that the Trump administration would undoubtedly suffer an unprecedented infectious disease disaster.

It is public knowledge that the CIA oversees Dr. Fauci’s National Institute for Allergies and Infectious Diseases (“NIAID”)  and even covert vaccination campaigns. The CIA is largely responsible for National Security from foreign threats, including medical intelligence and the ‘science’ that supposedly demanded ‘social-distancing,’ ‘mask-wearing,’ business ‘shutdowns,’ and mandatory vaccinations.

Together, at the time the Obama/Trump administrations transitioned, complicit agents conspired to manufacture and administer the ‘Russian Hoax’ to overthrow the Executive Branch of government as well as the COVID-19 bioterrorism.  They hid COVID-19’s lab origin, and censored science surrounding it. Their actions beg the question, “What more are they hiding?”

Maybe now the world will address Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz’s decades-long warnings that the CIA cannot be trusted to secure public health. The Big Pharma, Big Banking, Big Energy, and Big Biotech ‘gestapo’ has ‘conflicting interests’. Horowitz realized the agency was overseeing America’s biological weapons and cancer virus research programs. They directed infectious disease operations supposedly ‘controlled’ by the Centers for Disease Control (“CDC”). He learned from research that Dr. Fauci’s National Institute for Allergies and Infectious Diseases (“NIAID”) operated under the oversight of the ‘shadow government’ today called the ‘Deep State.’ If you wonder how the ‘mad-stream’ media coordinates its ‘public health’ and political messaging so well, the doctor considered the CIA’s direct influence.

With allied Western intelligence agencies, the CIA secured the covert operations and social-engineering of the global elite.

On September 28, 2020, the nation’s best-selling author of emerging diseases research, the Harvard-trained public health expert, Dr. Horowitz, mailed to Senate Majority leaders a petition censored by all media outlets. It urged an investigation into the CIA’s wrongdoing intertwined with Biden, Burisma, and the international drug trafficking syndicate.

That censored news report scooped all national news coverage explaining why criminal indictments in the ‘Russian Probe’ were being stonewalled against Deep State officials complicit with political co-conspirators who illegally wiretapped, harassed, defamed, impeached, and undermined the Chief Executive.

Dr. Horowitz’s report concluded that, “in damaging Burisma Holdings’ chief competitor in the Ukraine, the Vitoil/ArmbusinessBank, the corrupt agents left behind a paper trail that evidences the highest level political, judicial, and financial corruption unprecedented in our nation’s history.”

Horowitz’s new evidence best explained how and why President Trump was so heavily targeted for elimination, and has once again been threatened with “impeachment” should he win a second term. No one other than Horowitz has heralded the felony violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2385 that prohibits anyone from advocating for the overthrow of any branch of government, including the Executive Branch.

Now that Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe declassified documents, revealing former CIA Director Brennan briefed former President Obama on Hillary Clinton’s purported “plan” to tie then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia as a ‘red-herring,’ to divert attention from their criminal enterprise, Dr. Horowitz is calling for the same transparency on the CIA’s complicity with Big Pharma in manufacturing the “COVID-19 Coup”.

This is even more important to civilization than the politics of new vaccines for COVID-19. According to Dr. Horowitz, the “genetic aftershocks” from some of the new COVID-19 vaccines will turn humans into GMOs and are likely to cause an “extinction event,” killing billions.

Because of this, Dr. Horowitz has allied with leading experts in the field of emerging diseases who are now calling for a moratorium on the risky genetic biotechnology used in manufacturing risky COVID-19 vaccinations and drugs that promise “genetic therapy,” especially since the conflicting interests of intelligence officials cannot be trusted to steward the public’s health and safety.

Background on the CIA and ‘gain-of-function’ bioweapons

On October 17, 2014, the Obama White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, and the Department of Health and Human Services, announced it would impose a moratorium on U.S. Government funding, on research and developments in the field of hyper-weaponizing viruses. The moratorium would continue until “the potential risks and benefits” were officially determined on “gain-of-function studies.”

That “’gain-of-function’” designation of lab viruses misrepresented and concealed the hyper-weaponization of ‘dual use’—military and commercial—bioweapons used for warfare, covert intelligence operations, and vaccine research and developments.

The CIA and secret military programs researching, developing, and deploying biological weapons were to have ended following the 1976 Frank Church Committee’s investigation into the CIA’s actions exposing unwitting citizens to potentially lethal germs. Revelations in that Congressional investigation featured the CIA having transmitted potentially legal germs through tainted air, municipal water supplies, food and drinks.

Since that time, this lethal practice has continued in labs nationwide, even worldwide, under the auspices of “preventative medicine.” This research has enabled the commercial advancements seen today in genetic engineering of COVID-19 vaccinations.

The Obama administration called this moratorium a “funding pause.” The work stoppage did “not apply to the characterization or testing of naturally occurring influenza, MERS, and SARS viruses unless there [was] a reasonable expectation that these tests would increase transmissibility or pathogenicity,” the White House press release stated.

During the government’s “period of deliberation,” funding for all new studies on these flu viruses stopped if they produced germs with “enhanced pathogenicity and/or transmissibility in mammals.”

According to Fox News interviewee, cardiologist Ramin Oskoui on October 1, 2020, Wuhan’s military bioweapons lab in China were sent the methods, materials, and training personnel to continue the stalled viral developments.

This risky research was expected to resume in the United States a year later, in 2015, following reviews by two federal agencies, including the National Academy of Science, National Research Counsel (“NAS-NRC”).

Most suspiciously, however, the moratorium remained for two more years until eleven-days before the Trump Administration occupied the White House in 2017. This timing precisely coincided with Dr.
Fauci’s unprecedented threat against the Trump Administration, and the ‘dirty tricks’ top Obama administration officials in the FBI and CIA committed in their ‘Russian probe.’

The agents of terror and deception considered Trump an enemy of state—the Deep State that is. Fauci’s timing of the lifted moratorium was as though the Trump administration was set up for a forthcoming ‘fall’ by the intelligence community planning to loose COVID-19.

Evidencing ‘conspiracy theory’

On August 27, 2019, the “Global Legal Monitor” published news that China’s leadership passed a “Vaccine Law” that took effect on December 1, 2019. That was the approximate date of the first appearance of the COVID-19 bioweapon outside a lab. The “Wuhan outbreak” resulted in the first 7-person cluster of cases only four weeks later.

In a report to Trump administration officials investigating with the National Institutes of Health/National Research Council, the source of the “Chinese virus,” Dr. Horowitz wrote on February 10, 2020, that the Chinese government opposed the commercial interests of Big Pharma, as did President Trump at that time.

China’s new law threatened Big Pharma terribly. It (1) criminalized vaccine manufacturing and distribution misbehaviors; (2) monopolized the manufacture and distribution of vaccines in China damaging Big Pharma financially, and empowered the government; (3) the new law pledged free vaccines were to be exclusively administered to citizens; (4) it mandated vaccinations for all Chinese citizens; and (5) created a compensation program for vaccine injuries. Compensation would be minimized, presumably, by the government taking over vaccine manufacturing, distribution, testing, and certification processes; thereby assuring quality, efficacy, and safety of vaccines—actions Big Pharma opposed.

Accordingly, much like the opposition President Trump was experiencing from Democratic Party officials, and FBI and CIA leaders at that time, the Chinese outbreak of the 2019 nCoV/HIV/SARS bioweapon was best viewed as “industrial sabotage in retaliation against the anti-Big Pharma policies of Presidents Trump and Jinping,” Dr. Horowitz wrote to government investigators. It occurred to him that the unfolding pandemic was politically-financed by Big Pharma/Big Biotech, that is Deep State, to advance their special interests.

As early as late November, 2019, U.S. intelligence officials warned that a new virus was sweeping through China’s Wuhan region, ABC News reported. Four intelligence sources briefed on the unfolding pandemic, two knowledgeable about the military’s National Center for Medical Intelligence (NCMI), began alerting officials. The CIA, that oversees global intelligence with MI6, especially for matters of National Security, most certainly engaged these intelligence briefings. As mentioned, the CIA oversees Dr. Fauci’s NIAID because of this precise danger that infectious diseases incoming from foreign countries.

It must be recalled that China’s rise to power was fueled by cash contributed by world leading globalist bankers, including Goldman Sachs and the Rockefeller banking family invested heavily in Big Pharma and the war-making industry.

It must also be recalled that the NAS-NRC had served both military and intelligence community bioweapons assignments since 1969. Therein, the development and testing of immune suppressive viruses for germ warfare advanced bioweapons that were descriptively and functionally identical to HIV/AIDS.

Dr. Horowitz most widely heralded that four genes from HIV make up the majority of the ‘spike protein’ that enables the novel COVID-19 SARS coronavirus to so readily transmit between humans.

These NIH, NCI and NAS-NRC covert studies mutated germs to make them more transmissible and more lethal. These secret proceedings were intimately intertwined with the largely funded mostly secret “Special Virus Cancer Program.”

This explosion of lab viruses happened more than a decade before AIDS emerged, according to Dr. Horowitz’s published scientific research and best-selling book, Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola—Nature, Accident or Intentional?  This text has remained the bestselling book in the field of emerging diseases for the past quarter century, according to Wikipedia and Amazon.com.

During that Special Virus Cancer Program, ‘gain-of-function’ studies advanced hundreds of novel cancer triggers and immune system destroyers. Most viral ‘vectors’ began with herpes viruses. This fact best explains the spread of herpes blamed on sex rather than labs.

Dozens of taxpayer funded labs, most in esteemed universities, conducted this kind of risky research. Most aimed at develop cancer viruses and vaccines to stop them.

Today, Merck’s ‘DNA vaccine’ works similarly. It begins with a herpes type virus, called a rhabdovirus. Dr. Horowitz showed that the rahbdovirus lab mutant sourced Ebola and its mother, the Marburg virus.

The 2014-15 ‘gain-of-flu’ studies reviewed by the NAS-NRC included the bird flu virus called H5N1. That extremely deadly germ was being studied at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill by Virologist Ralph Baric, NPR reported in 2014. It was at this very school that Dr. Horowitz discovered the never-declassified government reports evidencing the lab creation of HIV/AIDS. The contracts Horowitz published named the doctors and technicians involved in developing the gain-of-function cancer viruses including AIDS and Ebola.

“The goal of that work,” NPR explained, “was to see whether this bird flu virus [that kills more than 60% of the people it infects] might mutate in the wild and start a pandemic in people. Critics were aghast. What if this lab-made superflu escaped?” Five years later, in Wuhan, it did.

“I don’t think it’s wise or appropriate for us to create large risks that don’t already exist,” said David Relman, a microbiologist at Stanford University. Concurring with Dr. Horowitz, Dr. Relman opposed the risky flu virus research and called for a moratorium, “because they are so close to being pandemic viruses.”

Two years before the government’s moratorium, in 2012, Dr. Fauci weighed in similarly. Writing in the journal of the American Society for Microbiology, Fauci announced, “The voluntary moratorium on gain-of-function research related to the transmissibility of highly pathogenic H5N1 influenza virus should continue, pending the resolution of critical policy questions concerning the rationale for performing such experiments and how best to report their results. The potential benefits and risks of these experiments must be discussed and understood by multiple stakeholders, including the general public, and all decisions regarding such research must be made in a transparent manner.”

The “transparent manner” never happened. The secreted science contributed to the CIA and Fauci’s NIAID ability to release the virus in Wuhan to serve the aforementioned purposes. The risks of these covert flu and cancer virus studies were generally ignored and concealed.

To this day the risks from hyper-weaponizing lab viruses for dual purposes, military and commercial uses, is widely concealed.

Engineering deadly mutagens to jump species, if you think about it, is grossly concealed by the jargon of “gain-of-function.” Hyper-weaponization viruses by mutating them better describes what is being done by ‘gain-of-function.’

Even vaccine scientists and Big Pharma’s propagandists agree that this practice of hyper-weaponizing lab viruses serves no legitimate purpose, and that the risks far outweigh the potential commercial benefits. Scholarly websites and blogs such as Heraclitusoncovid19.com make this opposition and cause for concern very clear.

But this opposition to risky research is not shared by the covert intelligence community. Therein, global elite encourage depopulation events. Are their agendas predicted to be advanced via fast-tracked COVID-19 vaccines? According to Dr. Horowitz’s extensive studies, they are.

Why Dr. Horowitz is right in urging the renewed moratorium

A prolific science scholar in the field of biotechnology and vaccinology, Dr. Horowitz has led a growing list of medical experts and whistleblowers calling for a moratorium on this risky ‘gain-of-function’ research.

Dr. Horowitz began voicing this opposition in 1996.

Today, he evidences that COVID-19 is a man-made disease that spreads airborne using the same genes that permit HIV/AIDS to spread through sex and blood. The recklessness in creating such lab viruses justifies a moratorium on this endangering practice, the Harvard-trained public health expert insists.

World leading health science champions now agree with Dr. Horowitz’s diagnosis, prognosis, and remedy, including Nobel Prize winner, Luc Montagnier. The French scientist corroborated determinations that COVID-19 emerged from genetic tinkering. The lab virus mutant of SARS, coronavirus, AIDS and malaria emerged from military mischief in Wuhan, China after U.S. and other foreign labs forwarded the raw materials and know-how for the ‘dual use’ biotechnology—for vaccinology and bioweaponry.

“The fact that 96 percent of DNA’s function is being recklessly disregarded by genetic profiteers in the vaccine industry is unconscionable,” Dr. Horowitz explains. “Moderna Inc.’s ‘genetic therapy,’ misrepresented as a ‘vaccine,’ may be catastrophic if permitted.”

Having provided the above background, I asked Dr. Horowitz to respond to his critics and answer some common questions:

Remedies and Long-term Safety Disregarded

KANE: Dr. Horowitz, why are you so opposed to genetically-engineering viruses?

HOROWITZ: Well, Sherri, DNA acts like an antennae, virtually an antennae to God. I detailed this along with Dr. Steve Haltiwanger in our book, DNA: Pirates of the Sacred Spiral. Sound and light signaling to and from DNA supercedes the physical chemistry and molecular biology that vaccines and genetic engineers seek to improve.

All vaccines crudely neglect subtle bioenergy dynamics foundational to life. This scientifically-proven fact disregards the safer and most effective “wave” remedies such as sunshine and ultraviolet light known to kill viruses. Protective benefits can be enhanced through the use of certain frequencies, such as 528Hz, my favorite, according to published peer reviewed science.

Neglecting these facts subjects humanity to unnecessary risks and threatens civilization’s extinction.

Evidence of Recklessness

KANE: Can you explain these risks and expected damage in more detail?

HOROWITZ: Sure. Take ‘global warming’ as an example. The risk and damage to humanity from ‘global warming’ pales by comparison to vaccines causing skyrocketing rates of cancer and auto-immune diseases. Global warming can be treated by moving to sustainable renewable ‘green’ energies. Once a human-killing virus is released, you can’t put it back in box and save the human genome from mass annihilation.  This increased morbidity and mortality risk is directly caused by recklessly neglecting vaccination safety. How vaccines actually work corrupts human immunity, more than securing it.

Compelling proof of a pending ‘extinction event’ caused by genetically-engineered vaccines is provided by the skyrocketing rates of cancer and nearly 100 new autoimmune diseases that emerged after vaccines began to be injected into human bloodstreams. The foreign genetic materials, DNA and RNA, along with animal proteins, hyper-sensitize humans.

CD4-T helper cells go ‘haywire’.” Thousands of studies confirm this. A new Brazilian study supported by Cold Spring Harbor Labs, Yale and the British Medical Journal, for example, confirms hypersensitivity, not actually immunity.

This is also precisely how HIV/AIDS transmits and kills people slowly but surely. The majority of people dye from drug side effects and co-morbidities, just like with COVID-19. But the virus makes them sick, sends them to doctors and hospitals, and that’s where they are killed.

The presumed ‘safe’ and ‘effective’ medical practice of corrupting human DNA via vaccinations for so-called ‘enhanced immunity’ has never been adequately tested for safety. The long-term safety studies are non-existant. They are censored. To prove this just do a Google search on rising cancer rates associated with vaccines. You won’t find any scientific studies nor charts graphing these facts. So the alleged efficacy of vaccines pales by comparison to the damage being done.

A final solution for over population

KANE: Dr. Horowitz, you warn that modern health science and healthcare is genocidal. Why?

HOROWITZ: Overlooking for the moment pharmaceutical companies’ profits enjoyed by depopulation advocates who hold gross conflicting interests, the silence surrounding these risks to civilization is ‘deafening.’

Superficial denials and dismissals of my warnings over the past quarter century, that began in 1996 with the publication of the bestselling book in the field of lab engineered diseases, will not make the risks go away, nor secure civilization against extinction.

“The final solution” to COVID-19 and over population, according to Bill Gates, “is a vaccine.” Gates is not a doctor nor health scientist. Mr. Gates’ conflicting interests are showing. As Moderna’s co-investor with Dr. Fauci, Gates’ eugenicst father officiated Planned Parenthood. That organization favored infanticide, especially in “developing countries” and Black communities. Gates has lectured extensively on the use of vaccinations to reduce global populations. That controverts Gates’ claims that vaccines will  secure the human race. His money buys a lot of propaganda, vaccines, and political support for his depopulation agenda.

Fifteen percent (15%) of the world’s population can be reduced via vaccinations, Gates lectured at a TED Conference. The “Final Solution” to over-population and COVID-19 are one-and-the-same, according to Gates. His propaganda belies the genocide committed by Microsoft’s predecessor-in-interest, IBM, whose Nazi partners, scientists and eugenicists, administered the Third Reich, WWII holocaust, and victim-tracking using computer punch cards linked to number tatoos on prisoners arms.

Today, that crude holocaust technology is succeeded by Silicon Valley’s most advanced data mining, 5G wireless communications, and Cloud technologies.

Today, the ‘rise of the Fourth Reich’ is verified by billionaire investors in genetic biotechnology who advertise their computers, online services, 5G, transhumanism movement, and Cloud administration, as the ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution.’”

That’s the rise of the Fourth Reich. To conclude otherwise is recklessly ignorant, negligent, or complicit in the genocide.

Good Cause for Lawmakers to Impose a Moratorium on Genetic Engineering

KANE: Dr. Horowitz, what new research compels your activism in calling for a moratorium on genetic engineering?

HOROWITZ: The writing is on the wall, Sherri, and the scientifically-proven risks are compelling. Only lawmakers can remedy this urgency by foregoing their bribery and imposing a moratorium on this reckless insanity.

A recent article in Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology News details this urgency. It heralded MIT’s research and development of the latest vaccination methods and materials. A skin patch is peppered with “microneedles.” They inject “fluorescent microparticles called quantum dots (QD).” These QDs deliver ‘immunizations’ and “create new possibilities for data storage,” and “biosensing.”

The QDs “invisibly encode vaccination history directly in the skin,” thereby broadcasting vaccination records using “near-infrared (NIR) light that can be detected by a specially equipped smartphone.”

The electromagnetic wave telecommunications withstood five years of “photobleaching” that simulated long-term exposure to sunlight.

“It’s possible . . . this ‘invisible’ approach could create new possibilities for . . . vaccine applications that could improve how medical care is provided, particularly in the developing world,” reported senior researchers Robert Langer and David Koch at MIT.

The same biotechnology could be used to induce cancers, myriad diseases, and disastrous behavioral impacts consistent with the ‘1984’ ‘Brave New World’ agenda. Don’t forget Bill Gates and the pedophile psychopath Jeffrey Epstein financially-fueled this MIT enterprise.

It is clear that these bioengineers engaged with Bill Gates, Microsoft, and the infamous Media Lab that advanced “neurobiology, biologically inspired fabrication, socially engaging robots, emotive computing, bionics, and hyperinstruments,” as detailed on Wikipedia and in the “ID2020” propaganda.

According to Snopes, that has attacked me and my reputability, and I countered by exposing Snopes as a “Deep State protection racket,” all the above presents no risk at all.

Snope‘s authors, “David Mikkelson” and “David Emery” may not even exist, however. They have little to no ‘footprints’ in the publishing industry. And even if they actually exist, they concealed their identities. What kind of a reputable source backing this MIT technology conceals their identities? Facebook shows no images of Mikkelson. And several David Emerys on Facebook are not linked to Snopes.

Nonetheless, Snopes promotes, “ID2020 or the Digital Identity Alliance,” as “a non-profit funded by a diverse range of foundations and corporate sponsors — including Microsoft and the Gates-funded vaccine non-profit GAVI — that provides grants for practical research into the real-world application of digital identities.”

So your personal identity is going online, intertwined with vaccination biotechnologies advancing to engage your brain, thoughts, emotions, and behavior, and administer all of this on the Cloud. That’s called “transhumanism.”

Consequently, there is no doubt the injection of forthcoming vaccinations will do a lot more harm than altering your DNA under the guise of presumably preventing deaths from infectious diseases such as COVID-19. These frightening facts justify strong ‘vaccination hesitancy’ and the legislated moratorium on genetic engineering that I’ve urged.

KANE: Dr. Horowitz, you have called COVID-19 a ‘BIOCRIME.’ What laws are being broken here?

HOROWITZ: Numerous laws are being broken that makes COVID-19 a biocrime, the least of which is scientific evidence tampering. That’s a violation of 18 U.S. Code § 1519 that criminalizes covering-up or falsifying evidence known to be important in current or pending investigations.

[Editor’s note: Dr. Horowitz e-mailed the following information. “This law states, ‘Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsifies, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States . . . or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.’]

“Given this law, it clear that the infamous Event 201 ‘Plandemic’ sponsors and administrators, along with Internet and network television censors influencing investigations and the public’s mindset, including Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, should be indicted by a grand jury for:

(1) willfully concealing records and documents proving the most dangerous and damaging source of COVID-19 and all modern plagues are labs viruses having ‘gain-of-function’ mutations;

(2) willfully concealing the University of North Carolina’s complicity with Wuhan lab operatives, and public and private financiers such as Anthony Fauci and Bill Gates, et. al., at Moderna, responsible for the Plandemic

(3) willfully concealing that in this modern age of terrorism and bioterrorism, Deep State agents and industrial saboteurs release viruses or deadly bacteria to terrorize the public and politicians for geopolitical and financial gains.

Concealing this intelligence makes these agents complicit in the global genocide in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 1519.

Then there is Title 18 of the U.S. Code,§ 175 that Prohibits biological weapons developments and deployments. This law states:

“Whoever knowingly develops, produces, stockpiles, transfers, acquires, retains, or possesses any biological agent, toxin, or delivery system for use as a weapon, or knowingly assists a foreign state or any organization to do so, or attempts, threatens, or conspires to do the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for life or any term of years, or both. There is extraterritorial Federal jurisdiction over an offense under this section committed by or against a national of the United States.

This is the precise violation committed by NIH, NCI and NIAID officials, including Dr. Fauci, University of North Carolina, MIT and Harvard scientists who knowingly assisted China along with Big Pharm companies, in transferring, developing, and producing the damaging lab viruses.

Lawmakers need to remove the ‘loophole’ that Deep State agents knowingly and willfully slither through. This law defines “for use as a weapon” “the development, production, transfer, acquisition, retention, or possession of any biological agent, toxin, or delivery system for other than prophylactic, protective, bona fide research, or other peaceful purposes.”

This is the ‘loophole’ the reptilian brains have slithered through to evade criminal charges. They claimed their COVID-19 developments were for bona fide research and peaceful purposes in developing vaccines. But the political and financial evidence before us shows otherwise.

If there is no evidence ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’ that COVID-19 came from an unidentified bat in China, rather than an identified military lab in Wuhan that received everything needed from Fauci and the University of North Carolina to loose the deadly virus, then these criminals could defend themselves and be exonerated. But that is not the case. They are obviously guilty as charged.

The lab virus origin cover-up evidences beyond any reasonable doubt a conspiracy to conceal the fact that COVID-19 was designed and deployed for deception, depopulation, economic destruction, and globalization. These are not peaceful or preventative practices.

Thank about it.

COVID-19 was first alleged to be extremely lethal, but the data said the opposite. It was less lethal than originally predicted. So many said the lock-downs were ‘overkill.’

Massive science showed mask-wearing was largely ineffective and even contraindicated for health reasons.

Social-distancing was arbitrary and capricious. Airborne viruses spread more than 6ft, 12ft, entire rooms, but not well outdoors on sunny days.

Meanwhile, officials said and policed otherwise. Gates, Fauci and their minions continued to warn us the lockdowns should continue.

Then they ran the 2^nd and 3rd punches, predicting a greater pandemic in the Fall of 2020, while predictively programming us to expect and accept a new more deadly recombinant. Fauci called this anticipated mutation a “reassortment,”–a virus delivering a greater death blow.

The script was written that Gates and his disciples tried to warn us but we rejected and disparaged them.

Talking points were heavily laden with Judeo-Christian themes. Religious gatherings were prohibited, but liqueur stores and abortion clinics remained open. Saint Bill would be heralded as a modern prophet. The MSNBC and CNN sermons focused on our collective guilt as heretics. We should only blame ourselves for refusing to bow down to the gods of pharmaceutical science, they insisted.

In essence, we victims are christened ‘Enemies of State’ for resisting the ‘Mark of the Beast.’ Our ‘vaccination hesitancy’ will preclude ‘herd immunity’ and risk everyone’s health and safety.

Then, because we sinned, the blame for millions of genocide victims will be directed our way. We will need to be penitent, so that we might be forgiven by Big Brother, or otherwise incarcerated or killed. We must accept and swallow this as our ‘medicine’ which is the purifying sacrament of the unholy vaccination syndicate.

Now put all this before reasonable jurors and unbiased judges. It is unreasonable and irresponsible to believe all of this lacked coordination and criminal intent. That this pattern-and-practice of deception and coercion concealing a COVID-19 criminal operation profiting from humanity’s suffering was done for “prophylactic, protective, bona fide research, or other peaceful purposes.”

So the evidence and arguments actually prove a biocrime and conspiracy to commit bioterrorism for commercial and political gain.

Now rather than lawmakers being ‘awake,’ ‘aware,’ and competent, you have trouble-makers. You have diversion experts like Sen. Tom Cotton, who admits that the U.S. military operates the same kinds of labs as the drug industrialists. Then he instantly dismisses wrongdoing or blames China exclusively for the damage, as shown here.

It’s done for “preventative purposes” or “to develop vaccines” to protect our soldiers he excuses, concealing the vitally-important facts:

First, in order to develop preventative vaccines for the military bioweapons, you need to start with the bioweapon itself.

Second, as mentioned, this viral-genetic research is mainly funded by pharmaceutical labs, many of which operate with government alliances and “dual use” assignments—developing viruses that can be used offensively and defensively.  In this regard, Sen. Cotton fails to admit such offensive bioweapons programs are outlawed by international treaties.

Why would Cotton and his cohorts complicit in biocrime do this, and be broadcast by FOX?

Look at his campaign financing statements. You see his top contributor is Goldman Sachs. That, for all practical purposes, controls the U.S. Treasury. Their officials are partnered in a little-known organization called The Partnership for New York City. This was founded by David Rockefeller with certification by the Queen of England or House of Windsor. This is the top of the ruling elite and royal bloodlines to which virtually all the U.S. Presidents belong by inter-breeding.

During the SARS pandemic, the Partnership for New York City was co-chaired by Lloyd Blankfein of Goldman Sachs, and Ruppert Murdoch, owner of FOX and News Corps. That’s why Cotton is often on FOX, misdirecting the investigation and suing China for the crime syndicate’s pandemic. He conceals the Deep State’s involvement and special interests therein.

Another Cotton campaign donor is the military’s leading supplier, Lockheed Martin. So Cotton would unethically and immorally conceal the military bio-contractor’s misdeeds, despite it damaging the earth’s population and crashing the global economy.

And consistent with this level of malfeasance, Apollo Global Management completes Tom Cotton’s list of top contributors. That’s controlled by Jeffrey Epstein’s friend Leon Black, allied with Blackstone.

Black’s Apollo private equity investment company veered the money from the 911 reconstruction fund that was supposed to quickly rebuild the World Trade Center in New York following the 9/11 attacks. That money instead was veered to the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. That money was used instead to construct The City Center that features the Veer Towers—two trophies memorializing the “inside job” of the alleged 9/11 “terrorist attack” on America.

Carefully look at these buildings that appear to be falling into rubble comprised of many of the world’s most expensive and exclusive stores. These are so infrequently shopped, they give the appearance of being fronts for money laundering networks profiting from drugs, sex, and organ trafficking.

These facts evidence Deep State agents operating at the top of government, organized crime, and private equity banking.

Follow the money to find what is hidden.

Start with Sen. Cotton and what he argues. It is nothing new. U.S. Govt. officials have been abusing this same shallow excuse, of ‘preventative virology’ and vaccinology involving the development of ‘super-germs,’ since modern genetic engineering began in the 1960s and early 1970s. At that time, in 1972, President Nixon converted Fort Detrick, America’s premier biological weapons facility in Maryland, into the National Cancer Institute’s premier administrative facility and cancer virus research center.

It was here that Litton Bionetics—the ‘Life Sciences’ subsidiary of the mega-military weapons contractor, Litton Industries (that was acquired by Northrup, and later by Sen. Cotton’s major financier, Lockheed Martin) created numerous AIDS-like and Ebola-like viruses under Dr. Gallo’s directorship.

So you see there is a clear history, and convincing pattern and practice of Deep State administered political and commercial biocrimes, bioterrorism, and legislators’ complicity in fraudulently concealing and misrepresenting what is really happening.

KANE: Dr. Horowitz, you’ve been reporting on the pattern and practice of silence. diversions, and censorship in politics and the media for many years. You’ve evidenced a criminal enterprise committing a coup within which COVID plays an central role. You see this as a Deep State globalization depopulation scheme. Is this the ‘big picture,’ or as Bill Gates predicts, the ‘Final Solution’?

HOROWITZ: Yes, Sherri.

To make sense of what is happening politically, and with COVID-19 that is confusing and dividing people, you must step back from your personal attachments, preferences, or political biases to view the greater context of the proceedings. Only then can you discern the pattern and practice of reckless negligence or complicity in Deep State organized crime.

This is a racketeering enterprise. It administers all the chaos, confusion, globalization and depopulation we are witnessing.

Implications for the 2020 Presidential Election

I am seeing four or five key examples of this political corruption; key political and/or scientific issues evidencing the criminal pattern featuring silence and censorship.

First, I see the unconscionable neglect of Nancy Pelosi becoming President of the United States in the event that voter fraud and election rigging delays confirmation of a winner in the presidential election. This delay, vacancy, and Pelosi’s ascendance into the Oval Office appears to be a given.

The Supreme Court would be deadlocked by the vacancy left by the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg and delaying of Amy Barrett’s confirmation. That clearly favors the Democratic leadership backed by the Deep State financial elite and complicit intelligence agents like Brenner and now Gina Haspel. Their backing comes from Deep State billionaires such as Michael Bloomberg, Gates, Warren Buffett, George Soros, Barry Diller, Peter Theil, Google, Facebook, and Amazon agents, all of whom openly despise President Trump.

The fact that this real and present political danger has been generally neglected by the mainstream media throughout 2019 and 2020, especially in the months leading up to the 2020 election, is ‘evidence most persuasive.’ This silence is diagnostic of the underlying pathology—Deep State mass media control over critical intelligence and election results.

A second example is the red herring diversion of Black Lives Matter, ANTIFA and the rioting and arson in American cities, and the threats and acts of defunding law enforcement.

All of this harms, far more than helps, racial problems and disparities, and that is clear. All of this helps the same Democratic Party led ‘radical’ agenda and global elite that finances globalization in the wake of America’s political and financial destruction.

But to see this for what it is, a Deep State ploy, you need to study history and know the roots of White Supremacy and the administration of ‘systemic racism’ by the Deep State agents and agencies, most notably controlling the CIA and FBI.

Most people don’t realize the KKK, for example, was infiltrated and subsumed by the FBI under J. Edgar Hoover and Ted Gunderson—two officials heavily involved in perverse sexual activities at the same time they targeted the Black Panthers, Bobby Seal, and Malcolm X for elimination.

Have you heard of any Black Lives Matter or ANTIFA leaders calling for the defunding of the CIA and FBI?

No, you haven’t. Because they are sham political organizations financed by the global elite to drive a wedge through the heart of America.

And of course, this intertwines with the CIA and FBI’s criminal operations in the ‘Russian Probe’ and creation of COVID-19. They spied on Trump’s campaign, destroyed Trump’s reputation with the fake Russian Dossier developed by British and Russian Deep State agents to defame the President. They acted to control and damage the Chief Executive through FBI directors Robert Mueller, James Comey, and other Obama Administration officials including Vice President Joe Biden allied with Burisma Holdings backed by Putin.

So you see the ‘switch’ most obvious here—flipping the actual Russian collusion from Hillary Clinton’s Deep State backers to Donald Trump’s officials.

And this leads me to a third example. Look at the protection racket administered by the Deep State. Where are the criminal indictments of Comey, Mueller, Obama, Biden and their co-conspirators in the Justice Department, CIA and National Security Agency? Non-existent.

But look at the double standard. Reflect on how fast Trump financier Roger Stone was indicted and convicted. The same for Trump lawyer turned foe, Michael Cohen. Why didn’t we see equal administration of timely justice indicting the CIA, FBI, Obama officials despite witnessing years of criminal evidence outpouring from ‘official probes’ such as the Horowitz and Durham investigations. Their criminal evidence is persuasive beyond a reasonable doubt.

You had a Deep State organized criminal conspiracy administered by named agents and agencies that severly damaged Americans. These agents and agencies operated above-the-law. So this injustice and rigged system screams volumes about the criminal cartel and its pattern-and-practice of getting away with murder.

A final example of this pattern-and-practice of racketeering in organized crime being neglected and censored is the HIV/AIDS gene sequences spliced into the COVID-19 transmission apparatus—the ‘spike protein.’ This is making the novel-SARS-coronavirus able to spread uncontrollably, despite mask-wearing and social-distancing.

The Deep State’s television networks and presses have all secreted this most important intelligence.

Shall we presume President Trump’s excuse for concealing this truth as reasonable and responsible? Must we accept that the President and other officials, including Dr. Fauci, simply did not want to alarm the public that we were under attack by airborne AIDS or something similar? That this “Final Solution” via vaccines would enslave civilization much like HIV/AIDS enslaved humanity, to drug therapies in favor of Wall Street investors?

Now that more than 40 million people have died of AIDS with no vaccine in sight due to the lab virus’s ‘mutagenicity’—instability as a lab virus spliced together for ‘gain-of function’ what now? Are there no criminals or parties responsible?

Now you see, as I do, the pattern-and-practice of organized crime tainting science and destroying public health, resulting in millions of deaths.  This justifies the moratorium I seek. The entire genetic engineering enterprise must be shut down.
