Big Island Hawaii Realtor, Kelly Moran, has been notified that the property he is trying to sell at 13-3775 Pahoa Kalapana Rd in Pahoa HI, (Steam Vent Inn aka Kingdom of Heaven aka Pele’s Breath,) is under 2 appeals case litigations and 2 Federal case litigations.

Moran is allegedly telling people that are interested in this property that there is only something minor on the title, when in fact the truth is that this property has been stolen by Drug King Pin, Paul J. Sulla Jr. via forgeries. Sulla wants to wash his hand of this property because he is being investigated for Grand Theft!  He is not telling the potential buyers about this property was stolen and has a dirty title, and is in litigation.
